Mother's Day

It's still May and I'm posting about Mother's Day already. That's right baby! I know what you are thinking..."what happened to those 2 missing Christmas posts?". Were just gonna have to let those go.
Hudson filled this out in his class. It says (Hudson's answers in blue):
My Mom's name is Just Mom
She has (right now) brown hair and I don't know what color eyes
My Mom is 14 feet tall and weighs 40 pounds
My Mom says I Love You all the time
I like it wen my Mom does chores & works
My Mom is funny when Dad scares her
Then at the bottom he drew a picture of me snowboarding (I've never been snowboarding)
My Gift from Hudson
Connor filled this one out
My Mother is very loving
She is 34 years old
She is 1 Connor and 1 baby tall and weighs 50 pounds
Her hair is blonde and her eyes are circled
She likes to play with me best of all
She does not like to do chores
When I am good she says "I am very happy"
I love when my mother cooks mac & cheese My necklace from Connor.
Surprisingly enough I have not found the right outfit to wear with it just yet.
Apparently there was quite a fight in hallmark over which card to purchase for me. Hudson insisted on this card because he just knew I would love the flower on it. Brandon tried to convince him that I would probably like a card written in English instead of Spanish. The Hallmark ladies got quite a laugh out of Hudson. Es muy bueno!
My real gift! I collect willow tree figures and this was the only one left that had a family of 4 on it! We had a great Mother's day over at Justin & Erin's house. Nice and relaxing with no cooking or cleaning for this mama

Easter, The Final Chapter

Easter egg hunt for baskets on Easter morning. The eggs were filled with little dinosaurs and organic jelly beans, of course! Oh, and what Easter basket isn't complete without a cap gun? Why am I the only one dressed?Cutie piesOur yard looks almost fake in the background.
I wish I had taken off my sunglasses
Hudson LOVED his shirt & tie (He is so Alex P. Keaton)
This is my favorite picture ever of Connor!

Easter The Third

Our new house has a great yard for an egg hunt! It doesn't have any grass yet, but the kids didn't seem to mind.
Olivia was off & running! Ryan knew to pass by the "easy" eggsHudson loved his "church shirt" so much he kept it on all dayGood find Connor!
We had such a great, fun Easter. We had BERO over, just like last year. It was great for the kids to have some "cousins" to play with. Grammy & Pops came of course, Jen was there, Justin & Erin were there with adorable Barrett! And Erin's parents even joined us. This new house is so great for entertaining! I can't wait for everyone to see the changes it goes through year to year as they visit with us.

Easter - part 1

Easter weekend started off with a party in the neighborhood. The social chair of the neighborhood does a great job with these parties. Lunch was served, there was a craft table, and an egg hunt. There were 1000 eggs for the egg hunt! There was a balloon artist (is that what they are called?)Oh, and there were mimosas for the adults...hence the smilesOh, and the best part of all...Jen!
Easter will be presented as a 4 part series. (The author reserves the right to forget the other 3 parts and take as long as she wishes to post them)

Crazy Hair Day

It was crazy hair day in Hudson's class and I can not believe he let me do this to his hair. He usually insists I brush his hair "plain old down". He is so conservative.
